What is the 14-Day Guarantee Guarantee Policy?
If your bike is in perfect condition—no scratches or damage—and has been used for no more than 20km, you can return it within 14 days. While we don't offer refunds, the amount you spent will be credited towards the purchase of another bike. This credit can be used anytime within 12 months. Just reach out to us, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process!
How Do I Return My Bike Under the 14-Day Guarantee?
To return your bike, you must bring it to our shop. If you purchased online, you're responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the bike to ensure it meets our 14-day money-back guarantee conditions (no damage, under 20km usage), we’ll contact you to discuss selecting a new bike using your credit.
What If My Bike Arrives Damaged?
If your bike arrives damaged, don’t worry! We will inspect the issue to determine if it was caused during transport. If confirmed, we’ll replace your bike with a new one at no extra cost to you. Just contact us right away, and we’ll handle the rest.

What Does the 3 Months of Free Service Include?
We offer 3 months of free standard service, which includes gear alignment, brake pad checks, tire inflation, brake adjustments, and chain cleaning. If parts need to be replaced, you’ll only be charged for the parts—labor is free. This service is available once per month for 3 months at our local shop.
What Does the One-Year Warranty Cover?
We offer a one-year warranty on all bikes. If your bike has issues, we’ll inspect it to determine if it’s a factory defect and will fix it under warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items like brake pads, spokes, chains, tires, tubes, or derailleurs, unless the issue occurs within the first 30 days of purchase
