We offer3 months of free standard service, which includes gear alignment, brake pad checks, tire inflation, brake adjustments, and chain cleaning. If parts need to be replaced, you’ll only be charged for the parts—labor is free. This service is available once per month for 3 months at our local shop.
What Does the One-Year Warranty Cover?
We offer aone-year warrantyon all bikes. If your bike has issues, we’ll inspect it to determine if it’s a factory defect and will fix it under warranty. Please note that the warrantydoes not cover wear-and-tear itemslike brake pads, spokes, chains, tires, tubes, or derailleurs, unless the issue occurs within the first 30 days of purchase
