To return your bike, you must bring it to our shop. If you purchased online, you're responsible for the return shipping costs. If your bike arrives damaged, don’t worry! We will inspect the issue to determine if it was caused during transport. If confirmed, we’ll replace your bike with a new one at no extra cost to you. Just contact us right away, and we’ll handle the rest.

We offer3 months of free standard service, which includes gear alignment, brake pad checks, tire inflation, brake adjustments, and chain cleaning. If parts need to be replaced, you’ll only be charged for the parts—labor is free. This service is available once per month for 3 months at our local shop.

We offer aone-year warrantyon all bikes. If your bike has issues, we’ll inspect it to determine if it’s a factory defect and will fix it under warranty. Please note that the warrantydoes not cover wear-and-tear itemslike brake pads, spokes, chains, tires, tubes, or derailleurs, unless the issue occurs within the first 30 days of purchase
